If you have received a cancellation notice, we will refund your ticket and service charge in full within 14 business days of the cancellation notice. You do not need to do anything for this, the money will fall into your account, we will take care of everything. Clause 8.6 of the Offer.
If you want to make a refund on your own initiative at least 3 hours before the event or because the event has been postponed or replaced, we will refund only the ticket price without service charge. For example, if the ticket cost 1500 rubles, and the service fee was equal to 5%, you will receive only 1500 rubles on your account. Clause 8.7 of the Offer.
