POTALONU is a ticketing platform that event organizers use to send tickets and accept payments using cards from any bank.
I have not received or lost my tickets
Tickets are sent out automatically and should arrive in your mailbox within a few minutes after successful payment. If you have not received them, please check your spam folder first.
It is also possible that you entered your email address incorrectly when making your purchase, in which case please contact our support via any convenient method. You can choose how to contact us at the bottom of the page.
If you paid in the Telegram messenger chatbot, the ticket should have appeared in your chat with the bot. If it didn't, please write to our support on Telegram. There is a link to support in the chatbot profile description.
Service fee is a small additional fee charged to users of our website or ticketing chatbot for providing our services, improving functionality and supporting our customers. Among our services:
-the ability to issue refunds at any time at least 24 hours before the event, without any conditions;
-automatic refund, including service charge in case the event is canceled;
-Ability to pay with cards of any banks, including Russian and Belarusian;
-convenience: the ability to pay in chatbot in Telegram and receive tickets.
I am an organizer, how can I publish my event on your site to sell tickets?

You will receive your ticket in the form of a QR code to the email you provided when booking. The ticket should arrive within 5 minutes after successful payment. The ticket will also be displayed on the page immediately after payment. It can be scanned, sent to Telegram messenger or downloaded.
Can I issue a refund before the event?
If all the conditions set by the organizer are met, you may request a ticket refund. The refund policy is determined by the event organizer and complies with local legislation. The refund terms are available via a hyperlink during the booking process, located in the event card below the “Book” button.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different event?
Unfortunately, no. However, you can request a refund if all the conditions set by the organizer are met (see the paragraph above).
If an event is canceled, will I get a refund?
If you have received a cancellation notice, we will refund your ticket and service fee within 14 working days of the cancellation notice. You do not need to do anything for this, the money will fall into your account, we will take care of everything. Clause 8.6 of the Offer
